Bhubaneswar: Voting in the fifth and final phase of the panchayat elections in Odisha is underway in 48 blocks under 25 districts of Odisha on Thursday.
Polling is being held in a total of 13,514 booths in 975 gram panchayats. Over 41 lakh people are to decide the fate of 520 candidates who are in the fray for 131 Zilla Parishad seats.
The State Police have made elaborate security arrangements for free and fair elections.
