Bhubaneswar: Acting on allegation of possessing of disproportionate assets (DA), Odisha Vigilance officials on Thursday launched simultaneous house searches at the properties linked to S Partha Sarathi Bisoi, ADEO (Accountant cum Data Entry Operator) of Batasana GP under Kotpad block in Koraput district. The simultaneous house searches are being conducted by 2 Additional SPs, 4 DSPs, 6 Inspectors, 6 ASIs, and other supporting staff of Odisha Vigilance on the strength of search warrants issued by the Special Judge, Vigilance, Jeypore, at Bisoi’s seven locations in Koraput district.
The raids are being conducted at the following locations:
- The residential house of S Partha Sarathi Bisoi located at Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- The residential house of Bisoi’s brother located at Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- A house of his relative located at village Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- The house of Bisoi located at Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- A cashew nut processing unit namely M/s Sai Krishna Enterprises belonging to Bisoi and located at Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- A triple-storeyed building of Bisoi located at Boriguma Champia village under Boriguma police limits in Koraput district.
- The office chamber of Bisoi located at Batasana GP under Kotpad block in Koraput district.
The searches are underway and a further report is awaited.
