Bhubaneswar: Odisha Vigilance on Monday conducted simultaneous raids on the houses and property associated with Ajaya Kumar Mishra, Assistant Executive Engineer (AEE), R&B Division No-IV, Bhubaneswar, on the allegation of accumulation of disproportionate assets.
Separate teams of the anti-corruption agency led by 5 DSPs, 11 Inspectors, and other staff, on the strength of search warrants issued by Special Judge Vigilance, Dhenkanal, conducted searches at the following six places in Khordha, Dhenkanal, and Angul district.
1) Residential rented house located at Block no-B/202, Sai Garden Apartment, Shree Vihar, Patia, Bhubaneswar
2) Triple-storeyed building over plot no-130/99, Mouza-Alasua, Tarini Nagar, Dhenkanal.
3) Single-storeyed building over plot no-126/200 & 130/99, Mouza-Alasua, Tarini Nagar, Dhenkanal.
4) Triple-storeyed building located over plot no-343/4605, Mouza-Raghunathpur, Nandankanan, Bhubaneswar.
5) Paternal house located at Kakudi, PO-Kankili, PS-Talcher, Angul.
6) Office room of Mishra located in the office of EE, R&B Division no-IV, Nirman Soudh, Bhubaneswar.
So far, three multi-storeyed buildings and seven plots worth crores in the name of Ajaya and his family members unearthed during searches. Also, 6 two/four wheelers including three costly imported bikes (Harley Davidson -2, Ducati – 1) have been unearthed. Details as under:
1) 1 new triple-storeyed building over plot No.343/4605 at Mouza Raghunathpur, Ps-Nandankanan, Bhubaneswar, recently constructed having area 3600 Sqft.
2) 1 triple-storeyed building over the plot 130/99, Khata No.51/13 at Mouza Alasua (Tarini Nagar), Ps-Dhenkanal Sadar, Dist-Dhenkanal having area 4500 Sqft.
3) 1 single-storeyed building over the plot 126/200 and 130/99, Khata No.51/13 at Mouza Alasua (Tarini Nagar), Ps-Dhenkanal Sadar, Dist-Dhenkanal having area 1500 Sqft.
4) 1 plot at Mouza Karadakanta, Bhubaneswar vide plot No.22/2317, Khata No.459/1925 measuring area A0.04 dec in the name of his son Avinash Mishra.
5) 1 plot at Mouza Raghunathpur, Bhubaneswar vide plot No.343/4605, Khata No.511/4057 measuring area A0.0340 dec in the name of his wife Subhashri Mishra.
6) 1 plot at Mouza Samal, Ps-Bhuban, Dist-Dhenkanal vide plot No.1017/2148, Khata No.235/359 measuring area A0.03 dec in the name of Ajaya Mishra.
7) 1 plot at Mouza Samal, Ps-Bhuban, Dist-Dhenkanal vide plot No.1020/2149, Khata No.235/359 measuring area A 0.07 dec in the name of Ajaya Mishra.
8) 1 plot at Mouza Alasua (Tarini Nagar), Ps-Dhenkanal Sadar, Dist-Dhenkanal vide plot No.130/99, Khata No.51/13 measuring area A0.145 dec in the name of his wife Subhashri Mishra.
