One Dead, One Critical After Bee Attack In Keonjhar District

Bhubaneswar: One person died and another sustained severe injuries after being stung by a swarm of honey bees at Tala Baitarini village under Bansapala block in Keonjhar district.

The deceased is Hiru Saanta, a resident of Tala Baitarini village.

According to reports, two persons including Hiru were injured after being bitten by bees while grazing cattle. They were rushed to Dharanidhar Medical College and Hospital where Hiru died while undergoing treatment.  Condition of the injured is stated to be critical.
