Plus II Student Killed In Road Mishap In Nabarangpur

Nabaranpur: A Plus II student of Kendriya Vidyalaya died after the scooter he was travelling in was hit by another vehicle at Papadahandi in Nabarangpur district on Tuesday.

The deceased student was identified as G Ishwar Rao. A vehicle hit his scooter near Mruga Vihar under Papadahandi block of the district when Ishwar and his friend Akash Sarangi were heading towards their school to appear for the Plus II examination, sources said.

While Ishwar died on the accident, his friend sustained injuries.

On being informed, a police team from Papadahandi rushed to the spot and initiated an investigation into the mishap
