Bhubaneswar: The Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) will grill three key accused, including mastermind Sankar Prusty, in the Police SI exam scandal starting today.

The three accused, lodged in Jharpada Jail, have been granted a four-day remand by a special CBI court.

Notably, police intercepted three buses carrying job aspirants to Visakhapatnam for the Police SI exam on September 29. The examinees, allegedly being transported to appear for the exam in unfair means, were brought to Berhampur and produced in court along with three agents.

While 114 examinees have secured bail, 12 agents, including mastermind Sankar Prusty, remain in Jharpada Jail, Bhubaneswar.
