Bhubaneswar: Police are to question the family and friends of Odia Tele-Serial actress Rashmirekha Ojha to ascertain the reason behind her suicide, said Bhubaneswar DCP Prateek Singh on Thursday.
Singh said that the post-mortem report of Rashmirekha has confirmed she committed suicide. The Enquiry Officer of the case is questioning her parents and her other contacts have been asked to appear before the police to find out the reason behind her taking the extreme step.
Meanwhile, Rashmirekha’s ex-boyfriend Raja is being interrogated at Nayapalli Police Station. Her boyfriend Santosh Patra, against whom allegations have been levelled by her family, is reportedly untraceable.
