Bhubaneswar: President Droupadi Murmu has arrived in Odisha yesterday as part of her six-day visit. As she already left for Jajpur, let’s take a peek at her packed schedule for today.
This visit is part of her tour across five districts in Odisha, including Khurda, Jajpur, Balasore, Puri, and Mayurbhanj.
According to reports, President left Lok Bhawan at 8:30 am today and headed to the airport. From there, she will take an Air Force helicopter at 8:50 am and land at the Jajpur administrative building heliport at 9:30 am. She will offer prayers at Maa Biraja temple at 10 am.
After that, she will leave Jajpur heliport at 11:40 am and arrive at a heliport near Fakir Mohan University in Balasore at 12:30 pm. She will attend the convocation ceremony of the university as the chief guest.
In the afternoon, she will leave Balasore heliport at 3:30 pm and arrive at the Talabania heliport in Puri at 4:55 pm. She will spend the night at Puri Lok Bhawan.
She will visit Srimandir to seek the blessings of Lord Jagannath on the following day. She will also perform ‘Pinda Dana’ at Swetaganga. From Puri, she will travel directly to Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj district.
