Puri: The Sea Beach police here on Tuesday detained a man on charges of sexually assaulting his minor daughter. The police acted on the basis of a complaint lodged by the man’s wife that their two-year-old daughter was sexually assaulted by her husband.
“The man is being interrogated in this connection and we have sent him for medical examination. Further action will be taken on the basis of outcome of the probe,” Additional SP, Mihir Panda said.
