Rourkela: Miscreants pelted stones at the Puri-Rourkela Vande Bharat Express on Wednesday, damaging the premium train and injuring passengers. The attack occurred near Kalunga station.

According to reports, stone-pelting shattered windows in two coaches, creating panic among passengers. At least three passengers sustained minor injuries in the incident.

Railway officials immediately responded by applying temporary plaster seals to the damaged windows when the train reached Rourkela station.

Authorities have launched a joint investigation, with the Railways, Government Railway Police (GRP), and Railway Protection Force (RPF) working to identify the culprits.
