Puri: The Puri Srimandir will remain out of bounds for devotees for four hours on Monday evening. The darshan of the Holy Trinity, Lord Jagannath, Lord Bhalabhadra and Devi Subhadra will remain suspended as the Shravana Shuklapatha Pratipradha Tithi will be held this evening.
According to reports, the 12th shrine will remain closed from 5 pm to 9 pm on Monday. It is worth mentioning here that the temple was closed for four hours on Sunday too to observe the Chitalagi Niti of the Holy Trinity.
Meanwhile, the Srimandir Management Committee meeting is set to be held in Puri today. The meeting will be chaired by Gajapati Divyasingha Deva and some important decisions are likely to be taken regarding the land purchase of Srimandir.
The meeting will be held at Niladri Bhakta Nivas and attended by the Temple Chief Administrator, Puri District Magistrate, SP and Senior Management Committee members and representatives of the servitors.
