Rain/ Thundershowers Likely In 10 Odisha Dists Today Afternoon

Bhubaneswar: The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) here on Sunday predicted the possibility of light to moderate rain/thundershowers with lightning in some parts of Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Balasore, Gajapati, Ganjam, Koraput, Rayagada, Khandamal, Jajpur, and Khurda districts within the next three hours.  A yellow alert has been issued for these districts.

People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
