Bhubaneswar: The regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD) in Bhubaneswar has issued a yellow warning for light to moderate rain/thundershowers accompanied by lightning in four Odisha districts on Friday morning. The districts likely to be affected include some parts of Khurda (including Bhubaneswar city0, Cuttack, (including Cuttack city), Jajpur, and Dhenkanal.
People have been advised to keep a watch on the weather and accordingly move to safer places to protect themselves from lightning strikes.
