Bhubaneswar: Rainfall is likely to occur across several districts of Odisha for the next three days, predicted the India Meteorological Department (IMD) on Thursday.
Light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Bargarh, Jharsuguda, Sambalpur, Sundargarh, Deogarh, Keonjhar, and Mayurbhanj during the next 24 hours.
Similar weather conditions are to prevail at a few places over the districts of Sundargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Bhadrak, Balasore, and at one or two places over the rest districts of North Odisha, Sonepur, Boudh, Kandhamal, Nayagarh, Khurda, Puri, Ganjam on February 25.
Besides, thunderstorm with lighting is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Sundargarh, Deogarh, Sambalpur, Angul, Dhenkanal, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Jajpur, Bhadrak, and Balasore during the same day.
Similarly, light to moderate rain or thundershower is very likely to occur at one or two places over the districts of Coastal Odisha, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj, Angul, and Dhenkanal on February 26.
