Rains Continue To Lash Odisha, Boudh Receives Highest 175mm Downpour In 9 Hrs

Bhubaneswar: Heavy rains continued to lash several parts of Odisha on the second consecutive day with roads inundated and commuters stranded.

According to the data released by the IMD, Boudh received the highest 175mm rainfall in 9 hours from 8:30 am to 5:30 am.

During the same period, Bhawanipatna town received 122.2mm rainfall while third in the list was Phulbani with 102mm.

Similarly, Bolangir and Angul received 54mm and 55mm rainfall respectively in the same period on Tuesday.
