Bhubaneswar: A Vigilance team has apprehended a Revenue Inspector (RI) of Goudpalli Revenue Circle under Jamankira Tahasil, Sambalpur. The accused, Bhisma Pradhan, was caught red-handed while taking a bribe of Rs 40,000 from a complainant.
