Revenue Supervisor Caught Taking Bribe In Nuapada

Bhubaneswar: A revenue supervisor of Komna Tahasil office in Nuapada district has been apprehended by Vigilance for accepting bribe.

Akshaya Kumar Naik received a bribe of Rs.15,000 from a person for issuance of Notice and to minimize fines against encroachment cases and to help in issue of ROR(Land Patta).

The entire bribe money has been recovered and seized from the possession of Naik.

Following the successful trap, simultaneous searches are going on at two locations of Naik from DA angle.

In this connection, Koraput Vigilance registered a case under section 7 P.C Amendment Act, 2018. The investigation is in progress against the accused Revenue Supervisor.
