Balasore: Six bike-borne robbers looted gold jewellery from a woman and her daughter at the point of a pistol near Chasakhand on Baunsabania-Khantapada road under Nilagiri police limits in Balasore district on Monday.
According to reports, the robbery occurred while the mother-daughter duo was travelling on a scooter to Bedipur from Baunsabania. The mother daughter-daughter duo has lodged a complaint at the Nilagiri police station.
Police have initiated an investigation into the matter following the registration of the complaint.
