Bhubaneswar: A raid by police in Rourkela’s Bisra police station area has unearthed a fake engine oil factory operating under the guise of a branded company. Police seized 4,000 litres of adulterated engine oil, as well as cans, stickers, and logos of various brands.

Two brothers were arrested in connection with the incident. Investigations revealed that the fake engine oil was manufactured using refined burnt mobiles, which were then packaged with branded stickers and logos.

The counterfeit oil was allegedly sold at a cheap price, with reports suggesting that it was also being sent out of state for sale. The police are continuing their investigation into the incident.
