The projects were inaugurated and foundation stones were laid in the august presence of President Droupadi Murmu, Prime Minister Narendra Modi, and Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi at Rairangpur in Mayurbhanj district.

As part of the initiative, nine projects worth Rs 811.86 crore were inaugurated, including four National Highway projects valued at Rs 536.88 crore. These include the Nayagarh Bypass (NH-57), the Rigdol–Belgaon section (NH-59), the Reamal Bypass (NH-53), and the Kotpad Bypass (NH-63).

Additionally, five road and bridge (R&B) projects worth Rs 274.98 crore were also dedicated to the public. These include the Taladanda Canal Right Embankment Road in Cuttack, the Ichhapur–Basudevpur Road in Bhadrak, the Dhenkanal–Kaimati–Joranda Road in Dhenkanal, the Bijepur–Dublabahal Road in Bargarh, and the Deobandha–Chandahandi via Fatki Road in Nabarangapur.

On the occasion, foundation stones were laid for three major infrastructure projects worth Rs 379.84 crore. These include the Kathajodi high-level bridge in Cuttack, the Dhalpur–Harabhanga Road in Boudh, and the widening of the Nuapada–Ghatipada section of NH-353.
