The funds will be routed through SNA-SPARSH, an advanced digital platform aimed at streamlining financial transactions between the Centre and the states. The system integrates the Centre’s Public Financial Management System (PFMS), the state’s financial systems, and the RBI’s e-Kuber platform to facilitate real-time and efficient fund transfers.

The Minister further highlighted that the sanctioned amount will significantly strengthen judicial infrastructure in the state and enhance the delivery of timely justice.

“This fund will reinforce judicial infrastructure and improve access to speedy justice in the state,” he added.
