Bhubaneswar: SAI International Education Group successfully organized SAI Repertoire, a nine-day initiative that encompassed fun integrated learning from March 12 to March 20, 2024.
The program brought together from Playgroup to Class IX across various schools in and around Bhubaneswar. SAI Repertoire aimed to provide students with a holistic learning experience, integrating technology, sports, language, art, and etiquette to nurture essential skills for the 21st century.
Expert facilitators from Skill Live conducted a workshop “Jumpstart Espanol,” offering engaging Spanish language and cultural lessons. This session aimed to enhance communication skills and foster global awareness among the participants. Similarly, a session called ‘Ideate Hub’ was led by The Bang Labs Design Studio, focusing on creative problem-solving through design thinking and promoting innovation and collaboration.
The activities at SAI Repertoire were designed to cater to a wide range of interests and developmental areas. Participants engaged in Skating and Squash to promote physical fitness and resilience. Bhutanese, Mexican & Tribal art & craft sessions encouraged creativity and critical thinking. Rhythmic tribal dances fostered cultural appreciation and collaboration skills.
Workshops on AI (Artificial Intelligence) and machine learning provided insights into cutting-edge technologies. Sessions of ‘Innovations in Motion’ provided immersive experience of hands-on scientific experiments that explored concepts of sustainability and innovation, further building the analytical and scientific temperament of participating learners. The event also included sessions on storytelling, refined dining etiquette and social skills, ensuring a well-rounded learning experience. Overall, SAI Repertoire provided students with valuable opportunities to expand their horizons, develop new skills, and deepen their understanding of language, culture, and scientific innovation.
Dr. Silpi Sahoo, Chairperson, SAI International, said, “As exams drew to a close and students yearned for a breath of refreshment after the academic rigor, SAI Repertoire ushered in as a wave of rejuvenation for students from various schools in the city. It was not just limited to SAI but also included participants from other schools, making great use of the session hiatus before the new academic session started. They focused on their skill development and explored their inherent talents and inclinations during this enriching endeavour.”
The nine-day learning program culminated in a Valedictory Ceremony on Wednesday, March 20, 2024, where the participants showcased everything, they had learned over the past days. The event was a spectacular display of their talents, featuring performances, flash mobs, presentations, and exhibitions that they had diligently prepared during the program. Parents had the opportunity to witness firsthand the growth and development of their children, who were felicitated with certificates, thereby celebrating their achievements and applauding their hard work and dedication.

Another parent, Ms. Rosalin Sahoo, expressed, “My daughter has an inclination towards skating, and she absolutely loved the skating ground at Bijoy Maidan in SAI International School. The sports infrastructure here is impressive, and it’s clear that the school values providing top-notch facilities for students to pursue their passions and excel in sports, thereby giving equal importance to academics and sports.
