Bhubaneswar: Senior IPS officers Sanjeeb Panda and Yeshwant Kumar Jethwa have been promoted to the grade of Director General of Police (DGP).
The promotion proposal for the two senior officers was approved by Odisha Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi on Monday.
Panda and Jethwa are among the senior Indian Police Service (IPS) officers elevated to the DGP grade following the state government’s approval.
The promotions are expected to take effect in accordance with the applicable government orders.
