Jajpur: A school boy went missing while getting a wash in the Budha river near Kalindrabad under Sadar police limits of Jajpur district on Saturday.
According to reports, the missing boy, a class IX student identified as Om Prakash Sarangi hails from Katia village under Dasarathpur block.
Locals on seeing Om Prakash being swept away by the current in the river alerted the Fire Service. On being informed Fire Service and ODRAF personnel have launched a search operation to rescue the missing school boy.
