Secretaries’ Meet

Bhubaneswar: A high-level secretary meeting chaired by Chief Secretary Manoj Ahuja was held today at the Lok Seva Bhawan conference hall. The meeting focused on prioritising urgent projects and key tasks highlighted by the Chief Minister.

During the meeting, it was decided that all new projects will be mandatorily included on the ‘Gati Shakti’ platform, designed to address challenges related to land acquisition, approach roads, and other factors affecting project execution. A dedicated database has been established to track project progress, which will facilitate monitoring, status reviews, and seamless inter-departmental coordination.

Departmental secretaries were urged to regularly monitor their respective departments, focus on priority areas, and ensure timely completion of tasks. The Chief Secretary also provided directions on other important administrative matters.

The meeting was attended by Development Commissioner-cum-Additional Chief Secretary Anu Garg, Additional Chief Secretaries Satyabrata Sahu, Deoranjan Kumar Singh, and Surendra Kumar, along with Principal Secretaries, Commissioners, and other departmental secretaries.
