Sibling Rivalry Turns Tragic: Man Beaten To Death By Brother In Balasore

Bhubaneswar: A person was killed after being beaten by his brother over a domestic dispute at Manakunda village under Bhogarai police station in Balasore district.

The deceased has been identified as Sudam Majhi.

Police, meanwhile, detained Sudhakar Majhi, the younger brother of the deceased, in this connection and are investigating the incident.

According to reports, a heated argument between the two brothers escalated into a physical fight, resulting in Sudhakar pushing Sudam to the ground. The family rushed Sudam to the Jaleswarpur Community Health Centre. As his condition worsened, he was shifted to Balasore District Headquarters Hospital, where he was declared dead.
