Bhubaneswar: A 25-year-old youth was murdered in front of his mother on the premises of Bhima Bhoi Medical College & Hospital in Balangir on Tuesday.
Reportedly, the deceased and his family were running a tiffin stall on the hospital premises. He was attacked by two miscreants near the Oxygen plant.
His mother was also injured when she tried to save him. She is presently undergoing treatment at the Hospital.
While past enmity is suspected to be the reason behind the attack, police have initiated a probe to ascertain the truth.
