Bhubaneswar: To ensure hassle-free travel for devotees expected to attend this year’s world-famous Rath Yatra, the Comprehensive Region Urban Transport (CRUT) has announced special Ama Bus services on multiple routes.
According to CRUT, the additional bus services will operate on routes 22E, 50E, 51E, 54E, 56E, 57E, 58E, 59E, 61E, 72E, 77E, DD1 and AS, the latter functioning as a shuttle service between Master Canteen and the airport.
The public transport agency shared the details of the special routes and schedules through a post on X, advising commuters and devotees to make use of the enhanced services during the festival.

The special arrangements have been made in anticipation of a heavy influx of pilgrims for the annual Rath Yatra, one of the country’s largest religious festivals, with the objective of ensuring smooth, safe and convenient public transportation.
The additional services are expected to help ease passenger movement and reduce congestion during the festival period.
