Bhubaneswar: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik will be addressing the Odisha Investors Meet 2022 on Wednesday in Dubai. The event will be jointly organised by Odisha Government and Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI).
The event aims to strengthen Odisha’s economic ties with the Middle East and North Africa MENA region. Nearly 500 Odias residing in UAE, Bahrain, Oman and nearby countries will be attending the interaction of Naveen with the diaspora tomorrow.
Sources said the Odia expats in MENA region are likely to urge the Odisha CM for a direct flight between Dubai and Bhubaneswar.
On the eve of the Meet, CMO OdishaTweeted: ‘Odisha is the first choice of investors for its conducive environment for industrialisation. The event in Dubai will be very helpful in attracting investors from the MENA region’.
