Bhubaneswar: The State Cabinet chaired by Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik on Monday sanctioned 8.693 acres land on lease in favour of Rajendra University in Bolangir.
As per a press release by the Government, the land will be utilized for infrastructure development of the University. The lease is free of premium, and on incidental charges basis.
The varsity shall have to pay a token amount of Re 1 per annum towards annual ground rent and cess, it added.
