Bhubaneswar: In a fatal road accident, a driver was killed after the truck he drove crashed into an unknown vehicle from behind on the Jagannathkhunta overbridge under the Bangiriposhi police station in Mayurbhanj district.
The accident occurred when the driver, Sameer Das, fell under the wheels of his own vehicle after the impact. Das is a resident of the Gadbeta area of West Bengal. The Bangiriposhi police arrived at the scene and seized the body.
Further investigation is underway, and an autopsy will be conducted once the family members arrive. The police are working to determine the circumstances surrounding the accident.
