Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a nowcast warning to six districts of Odisha predicting light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning within next three hours.
According to the nowcast warning issued at 1: 15 am, Dhenkanal, Jajpur, Kataka (including Kataka city), Khordha (including Bhubaneswar city), Jagatsinghpur and Puri districts are likely to experience light to moderate rain with thunder and lightning during the three hours.
People in these districts have been advised to keep a watch on the weather for worsening conditions and plan accordingly for their safety.
