Bhubaneswar: Dhauli police have arrested two persons in connection with a group attack on a youth in Nakhaur village, allegedly stemming from a love triangle and previous enmity.
The arrested persons have been identified as Biswa Mohan Pradhan and Swagat Shubhankar Pradhan. They were apprehended from the Dhauli area following an investigation into the incident.
According to police, a group of miscreants attacked the youth on September 13 under Dhauli police station limits and fled the spot after allegedly taking away his motorcycle.
Police launched an investigation and examined CCTV footage from the area, which helped identify the suspects. Acting on the leads, a team conducted a raid in the Dhauli police station area and arrested the two accused. Dhauli police is continuing the search to catch the other absconding accused.
