Koraput: Two bikers were killed and another person was injured in a head-on collision between two bikes near Sakiaguda under Semliguda police limits in Koraput district today.
According to reports, the accident occurred when the two speeding bikes coming from opposite directions collided head-on.
While 20-year-old youth of Sakiaguda village Trinath Hantal died on the spot, Pintu Nandibali of Kangra village died at Saheed Laxman Nayak Medical College & Hospital here.
Semliguda police have launched an investigation in the matter.
A pall of gloom prevailed in both villages following the deaths in the accident.
