Bhubaneswar: Two bike riders died in a tragic road accident near the PHD office in Binika area of Subarnapur district.
According to reports, the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. Police have seized the bodies and started an investigation into the incident.
The accident occurred when a tractor was parked on the roadside of the Subarnapur-Binika road. A bike coming at high speed from towards Binika rammed into the rear of the tractor. Local residents and Fire Services personnel rescued both the riders in critical condition from the spot and admitted them to Binika Hospital, where doctors declared them dead.
Police have seized the bodies and an investigation is underway.
