Two Miscreants Loot Jewelry Worth Lakhs From Businessman In Rayagada

Rayagada: Two miscreants looted jewelry worth lakhs from a businessman at Ambadola village main road in Rayagada district on Monday.

The businessman, whose gold was looted, has been identified as Santosh Kumar Sahoo.

According to reports, Santosh was opening his shop in the morning when he was carrying a bag containing around half a kilogram of gold ornaments. At that time, two miscreants on a bike snatched the bag of gold ornaments and fled the scene. The entire incident was captured on CCTV.

Upon receiving a tip-off, Ambadola police reached the spot and began further investigation into the matter.

However, no comments were obtained from the Ambadola police regarding the incident.
