Bhubaneswar: A training programme on “Prompt Engineering, Data Analytics, PPT Creation through AI, and Deep Research using various AI models” was organised for the officers and officials of the Women & Child Development (W&CD) Department on March 13, 2026, at the State Institute for Women and Children (SIWC), Laxmisagar, Bhubaneswar. Around 100 officers participated in the programme, along with the Director of the Department, Monisha Banerjee.
The training covered important aspects such as prompt engineering, the use of AI models for deep research, data analytics for decision-making, and the preparation of presentations using AI tools.
The sessions provided hands-on exposure to different AI platforms and demonstrated how these technologies can assist officers in drafting reports, analysing data, conducting research, and preparing presentations in a quicker and more structured manner.
The training programme aimed to build digital capacity among the officers of the Department so that they can effectively integrate AI-based tools into their day-to-day administrative functions.
The adoption of such technologies will contribute to greater efficiency, transparency, and innovation in governance.
