Dhenkanal: Sunita Naik, a woman constable working at Dhenkanal Town police station was found hanging from the ceiling of her official residence in Dhenkanal on Wednesday morning. Her husband Ganeshwar Naik is also a constable at the same police station and was living with Sunita.
The reason why Sunita took such a drastic step is yet to be ascertained. Police have sent the body for post-mortem and launched a probe into the unnatural death of the police constable.
