Bhubaneswar: A woman died of electrocution while she was filling water in a cooler. The freak mishap took place at Bhuliasahi Municipality in Deogarh district, on Monday.
The deceased has been identified as Rajkumari, wife of Ranjit Yadav of Bhuliasahi.
According to sources, the mishap occurred when Rajkumari was filling water in a cooler. She sustained grave injuries and was rushed to Deogarh District Headquarters Hospital. However, she succumbed to her injuries while undergoing treatment.
Upon being informed, Deogarh police seized the body of Rajkumari and sent it for post-mortem to know the exact reason behind her death.
