Bhadrak: A woman working as a data entry operator at a private healthcare facility near the Cyber Police Station under Puruna Bazar police limits in Bhadrak district was found dead inside the hospital premises.
The deceased has been identified as Seema Sahu of Karandimal village under Motto outpost and Chandbali police station. She had been working at the facility since September 9.
According to family members, she had spoken to her mother last night and had alleged that she was facing mental harassment and misbehaviour from some staff members at the workplace. Today, the family was informed about her death.
Hospital authorities, on the other hand, said no formal complaint was made by the deceased earlier and she was seen inside the campus after duty hours yesterday.
Upon being informed Puruna Bazar Police reached the spot and have started an investigation.
Tension prevailed at the hospital for some time following the incident. Police investigation is underway to ascertain the exact circumstances.
