Balasore: A woman was found hanging inside the kitchen of her house at Shyamsundarpur village under Khaira police limits of Balasore district on Monday. The deceased has been identified as Minakshi Biswal, the wife of Sanjay Raul of the village.
Reportedly, family members found her hanging with a saree from the ceiling fan. On getting information, Khaira Police reached the spot and sent the body for post-mortem to Soro Hospital.
A note has been recovered from the scene where Minakshi stated that she committed suicide unable to bear the suffering of her disease and added that no one was responsible for her death. The police have seized the suicide note and have initiated a probe into the matter.
Minakshi, the daughter of Sambhunath Biswal of Kasbajaipur, had married Sanjay six years back and has a daughter with him. She was working as a teacher at a private school in Soro while her husband is in the army.
She had visited her in-laws’ house yesterday evening while her husband was on duty in Jammu. The incident happened while her mother-in-law and co-sister were at home.
