Youth’s Body With Severed Head Found On Rly Track In Odisha’s Bolangir

Bolangir: In a shocking incident, the body of a youth with a severed head was found on the railway track near Saintala railway station in Odisha’s Bolangir district on Monday morning.

The youth has been identified as Bhakti Sahu of Khasbahal village under Saintala police limits.

Though the body has been lying on the railway track since Sunday night, the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained. It is suspected that he might have been hit by a moving train resulting in his death. Alternatively, the deceased could have also fallen off a moving train.

Police have recovered the body and launched an investigation to ascertain the circumstances that may have led to the youth’s death.
