Bhubaneswar: As Russia’s war in Ukraine entered the 16th day, several cities are under siege. Despite a sustained onslaught, Russian forces have failed to crush Ukraine’s military, with President Volodymyr Zelenskyy warning Moscow that its invasion will backfire.
