Cuttack: Subash Singh took oath as the Mayor of Cuttack Municipal Corporation (CMC) on Thursday.
Singh was administered the oath by Director of Municipal Administration, Sangramjit Nayak.
The BJD leader had won in the recent polls defeating his nearest rival Congress candidate Giribala Behera by a huge margin of over 45,000 votes.
It is pertinent to mention here that the Deputy Mayor election for CMC is to be held today.
