Bhubaneswar: Two persons were killed and another critically injured after the motorbike they were travelling by lost control and rammed against a water pump house near Larki village under Komna police limits in Odisha’s Nuapada district on Sunday.
While the identity of the deceased is yet to be ascertained, all are said to be residents of Odisha’s Bolangir district.
According to reports, the trio was travelling on a speeding bike on Lathore Main Road when they lost control over the wheels and the vehicle rammed into a pump house killing two on the spot.
On being informed, Komna Fire Services personnel reached the spot and rescued the injured. He was taken to the Komna Community Health Centre (CHC), where his condition is said to be critical.
Later, Komna police reached the spot and launched an investigation into the tragic incident.
