Bhubaneswar: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) of Odisha unit is set to hold its extended executive committee meeting in Puri on July 19 and 20.
The meeting will be inaugurated by party National President and Union Health Minister JP Nadda on July 19 at Baliapanda in Puri.
According to sources, the meeting will be attended by prominent leaders, including the Chief Minister, all Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Central Ministers, Assembly and Lok Sabha coordinators in charge of elections, district presidents, general secretaries, state executive committee members, and all morcha presidents.
Senior leader Sunil Bansal, Odisha in-charge Vijay Pal Singh Tomar, and deputy in-charge Lata Usendi will also be present.
The meeting is expected to discuss the party’s political strategy and blueprint for various programs. The party may also pass resolutions to express gratitude to the people of Odisha for electing them to government and helping Prime Minister Narendra Modi return to power for the third consecutive term.
With the BJP’s impressive performance in the recent Lok Sabha elections, the party is confident of making significant gains in Odisha.
The meeting is considered as a significant step as it will bring together top leaders and functionaries to discuss and deliberate on the party’s strategies.
