Bhubaneswar: In a sweet and creative tribute ahead of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s birthday on September 17, a group of diploma students from Bhubaneswar have sculpted a life-size statue of the PM entirely out of chocolate. The impressive statue, weighing 70 kilograms, was made using 55 kg of dark chocolate and 15 kg of white chocolate by 15 students from Club Chocolate, a well-known professional baking and patisserie school in Odisha.
The ambitious project took seven days to complete under the expert guidance of Rakesh Kumar Sahu and Ranjan Parida. The students meticulously shaped the chocolate to create a lifelike replica of the Prime Minister, showcasing not only their baking skills but also their artistic talents.
Beyond being a simple birthday tribute, the sculpture carries symbolic significance. The design integrates elements inspired by some of the PM’s major government initiatives such as the Pradhan Mantri Ujjwala Yojana, Pradhan Mantri Jan Dhan Yojana, and Operation Sindoor.
This unique edible artwork marks a blend of culinary expertise and patriotic fervor, celebrating the Prime Minister’s birthday in an innovative way.
