Bhubaneswar: At least 15 fishermen have reportedly been missing in the deep sea for the past seven days, triggering deep concern among their families and the local fishing community.
According to reports, the fishermen set sail from Shankarpur beach on July 2 aboard the trawler ‘Maa Kali’ for a deep-sea fishing expedition. However, there has been no communication with the crew since they left the shore.
Despite repeated attempts by relatives and fellow fishermen to establish contact, the vessel remains unreachable, raising fears for the safety of those on board.
Family members are anxiously waiting for any information, desperately hoping for the safe return of their loved ones.
