Bhubaneswar: The India Meteorological Department has issued a nowcast warning for two coastal Odisha districts, predicting light rain along with thunderstorm and lightning.
According to the IMD bulletin issued at 2 pm, light rain with thunderstorm and lightning is very likely to occur at one or two places over Bhadrak and Baleshwar districts during the next 3 hours.
The regional weather office has advised people to stay alert and keep a watch on weather conditions for any further deterioration. Residents have been urged to plan outdoor activities accordingly and take precautions for their safety.
