Following further checks by district administrations, 5,277 beneficiaries were found deceased and their names were deleted from the list. Following verification and eligibility assessment, 1,02,04,396 women were initially identified as potential beneficiaries for the fifth instalment. However, district administrations subsequently confirmed the deaths of 5,277 beneficiaries and removed their names from the list.
